What do you really want? To plan your own life or let others plan it for you? Do they really know you better than you?
Sometimes strategy and focus become intertwined, one presenting as much value as the other. If you have no focus then your referral results will be all over the map.

NICHE or SPECIALIST
– call it what you will but that is where you will need to decide you reside. To get referrals get good at what you do. Make that ONE thing you do very well.
What is your business focus?
Just remember, if you spread your self to thin, your referrals will be too. Referral sources simply won’t be able to associate you with any specialized area in which they feel confident about your particular skills or talent.
People do business with those they get to know, like and trust. Give of yourself in such as way you make it easy for your market to want to work with you.
