Clicking for Cash vs. PayOuts

Difference between Cash vs. Payouts

Working Traffic Exchanges for ca$h can create a double edged sword. Understanding the TOS and payout amounts, what earned cash constitutes a payout and what internal cash earnings can be spent on is another feature for confusion.

I like to look at it from the income tax position.  If I take cash for everything I earn on a TE, that becomes Income earned and is taxable.

Investing in you cuts the risk

However, if you take income earned and use it to buy credits,  or you may need or to pay for a yearly upgrade, or for advertising a solo page, then it is an investment and you can claim it as such.

While your experience may show you do not make a lot using TEs, that is a position you need to work on with your sponsor. BUT along with other income investments you are successful with, you need to find ways to prevent having to pay income tax. Thus EVERY form of advertising you use to create business is an income tax deduction.

Recurring Expenses

As any of these things are recurring expenses, you need a good budget to cover them. If you are a victim of the economy, or a senior on limited income, then choosing to reinvest what you earn can be a good way to offset costs AND guarantee you do not have to ever touch regular income.

The other important thing to learn about using TEs is you will always do better if you are upgraded. Staying paid up for a minimum period of Two Years is smart investing.

That means your  strategies in using TEs needs to be set up to pay the monthly costs AND earn you a nice tidy sum monthly.

All of the upgrades in 10khits4unow, 21stCenturySurf and in Clickaholics are designed so that creating two upgraded referrals will keep your monthly upgrade costs paid.  That is a neat touch. Helps you control costs and gives you a better return – 50% on sales and new subs who follow your lead.

Think about this. Refer two active members and your monthly subscription is paid for! Every referral after that is money in your pocket. Thus, as I recommend, you take a serious look at the top upgrades. Obviously, they will pay you more money.

If you have read the last THREE entries of Cogs & Logs News then you are very much ready to tackle the Summer Extravaganza and come out a very big winner.

Reminder of Summer Extravaganza

Check the CONTEST page for the opportunity to qualify for $1500 dollars on the referral section and weekly values of $323 for top one yr upgrades in all three Traffic Exchanges.

Good luck!
Have a super prosperous Thursday!
