Heartbleed has brought out the idiots and we get to suffer for their mischief. In Canada, a 19yr old was arrested and charged. In Florida they reported the outages so it was big time and wide spread. The day before GVO was hit. NO ONE is exempt.
We live and die on servers thus always open to foolish people
playing sick jokes. Some not so much a joke. In all cases, this
is where the law needs teeth. Public mischief is hardly a suitable
ISSUES: Cpanels should be working fine. Do check them. If you
have not changed your password in a while, it might be a good
idea to do it now.
Email seems to be a problem for some. Give it time. Then set it
up again if not working the way you want it too. Change your
passwords for them again.
ANY ONE ON an LFTME script or anyone advertising in a TE
using an LFMTE script, will have notes awaiting you that your
sites were deactivated. You will need to activate them again.
Good record management – will make all this a breeze if you
are on top of your business. If not? Then a good time to update
where you belong, all new passwords for access – date that
change- and the web page URLs, banners and text ads you have
in each TE.
Please remember it will NOT be just TEs that were hit. Many
businesses will have been affected and it will take more time
for them to get back on line.
There will be other issues. Please use your support system for
