Feeling Good Makes A Huge Difference To Your Business

pointsettiaIf you spent 2013 chasing your tail, joining this program and that
program , unless you became that instant millionaire, then it is time
to rethink your strategy.

There are a few steps to do this and the most important is often
overlooked as just to complicated to do.

YOUR Business Plan

Being tired all the time. Hating to have to do some chores. Not skilled
enough to do the ones you want to do!  Feeling goals are a waste of
time. New Years is coming and here we go again!

These are all signs you do NOT have a business plan.

The biggest sign is money out, sometimes a lot of it, and not enough
coming back in to cover your costs.

Now that is self-defeating! Isn’t it time to make a severe change in
how you perceive your business dealings? Even affiliates need a
business plan. As long as you are online, even if the goal is just to
make enough income to offset pensions or poor paying jobs, you really
need to consider a business plan.

Golden Tip #1:

Goals and a business plan are two separate parts of a whole.

A business plan is what the bank would need to decide you are a good
risk for a loan. That’s offline though not far off the mark for online.
You still have to proof your intentions if that dream is to become a
reality and prospects are to believe in you.

If you do not think a business plan is important, the next time
someone asks you what are you doing online and you falter for the
right response then you know. A business plan better head your
priority list for 2014.

Golden Tip #2:

Keep the business plan and goals distinctly separate in this respect.

Each goal will always be open to change where the business plan is
fairly static. Changes to a business plan will always step you up to
a new level.

A series of goals can cover the income expectations in a given period
of time, or the revolving changes you feel may be needed to reflect goal
attainment, or it might cover cost projections and a ton more.

Golden Tip #3:

One major goal too many marketers overlook is their outsourcing of
what is needed to replace what they do.

Did that one raise red flags?

The fastest route to overwhelm and lost enthusiasm is to be all things
to your business. As you grow, there will come a need to make a
decision. Do you bring in new staff to be trained to take over the load
OR because you are experienced and not so new, but know what you want,
to outsource the daily actions of your business so that you are free to
do the marketing necessary to growing its future?

Depending on your business and how much you can automate, you may need
both.  Again, as you are hopefully beginning to realize, the importance
of having a working business plan.

Enjoy the holiday period with family and friends. It is also a time of
reflection. If you need a business plan, start writing one out. If you
have a business plan, take a hard look at where you are in it and what
you need to do to improve cost vs. income projections for 2014. What
a cool way to get back that feeling good feeling about your business.

Why Do You Surf and Surf and Surf For NO Responses?

Merry christmas wishes Isn’t it time to strategize a way for you and your people to learn how to stop forever surfing and begin to monetize your actions?

The way to do this has always been right in front of your eyes.

1. Build a pro-active downline. Dead weight serves no one.
2. Use the tools in your MAIN program to show you how to do that.
3. Cut back that overgrown list of Traffic Exchanges.

There are people out there will do best to convince you that MORE is
better so keep on joining and promoting them.

Whose business are you SUPPOSED  to be building anyways? It sure
will never get done that you benefit if you buy into that line.

List Building Supreme&

Does not begin with killing yourself by joining every viral mailer and
posting ads till your eyeballs scream for relief.  Step up a bit. Check
them out. Join one join them all? Are what they offer so different?

AND most important, is what they are offering benefiting your
business plans?

When someone yells ‘MONEY’ are you right there salivating? May I
suggest that being first to join only makes you first to lose out?

Again it is the build THEM fast by YOU getting in fast.

Simple Golden Tip #1

THINK YOU – THINK your business goals. THINK how to turn what
they offer into a benefit for you.

It goes back to what are you doing online? What is your intentions
for YOUR future? Once you have the goals and a business plan in
hand, then making the right decisions on what to join becomes
easier and profitable to YOU.

Building Pro-Active Downlines

1. You want people to join YOU not just the opportunity.
2. You need consistent advertising that teaches growth.
3. You need to position YOU as a guide and mentor to success.
4.Your professionalism shines through by being selective.

Simple Golden Tip #2

STOP right now! Whatever you are doing Stand Still! Start attending
conferences, spreecasts and reading social media posts on what the
competition is doing.

Do you really want to replicate bad attitudes?  How about the hype
masters telling you what you must do to make big dollars – join
THEM!  You know that is not exactly a truth now is it?

Sift carefully. Throw out an immediate 50% of every promise. Then
sift the balance and determine another 25% for the garbage delete
pail.   Now with what is left, search for truth, up front honesty and a
reputation for giving not taking.

Bottom line with your goals and business plan go something like
this. “If you reach your goal of financial independence and a
successful business in 5 years rather than 5 months, it’s still worth it.”

“Because if you don’t?  Than that means in 5 years you’ll be in the
same pit looking for a new solution. No one wants to be where they
are now, in 5 years. So pace yourself. Give yourself time. It WILL be
worth it.”

While you are celebrating Christmas with family and friends, take the
time to celebrate YOU! YOU ARE worth it!  Slow down, move at a
pace you can control. Be aware and be sharp! Make 2014 your year
to shine.
