ViralHost Presents Autoresponder Magic

cogs & Logs news Team WorkList building is the secret to success that many a marketer claims
is a must do action on a continual basis.

One school of thought claims list building begins with your efforts to create a down line in Traffic Exchanges.  If you are new to marketing, if you have few contacts to promote to, then learning the steps to lead generation can move you ahead of your competition by light years.

With the advent of social media, some marketers think it is
perfectly all right to toss their offers at their growing friends list
and that is fine.  Spamming a fellow marketer is spam no matter
what venue you choose to use if you do not have their permission
to promote to.

Safelists are making a comeback. That means more spamming
because of a lack of proper use.  The list of names you bought are
not yours to offend. Many of those people are not even aware they
are on it so tread softly in how you approach them. Being charged
with spamming is equally as easy and dangerous as any way there
is on line to get black listed and end up with a short career.  For
many that spamming charge can lead to legal issues no one will
ever find worth the bother.

How to you fix this conundrum of who can and who can’t?

One-on-one, see you in a hundred years while you build your safe
lists of prospects. The necessary follow up alone would take
forever without a little help.

The Mighty Auto-responder to the Rescue

Automation of all your actions makes your business and your
actions scalable which simply means growth, conversions and
profits.  Not a bad action for one simple tool.

List of uses are …

  •     automated support messages
  •     Welcome to Newsletter or blogs
  •     Thank you mails
  •     “Sorry on vacation” replies
  •     “About our company”
  •     Advertising Information
  •     FREE articles on your expertise
  •     “Welcome to our Affiliate program”
  •     automated emails from LCP pages

How YOU use auto-responders is limited only by your imagination.
Just be sure to remember a couple of tips before you really get
going if you want to do this on your own.

1. When typing your auto-reply, or pre-formatted message, type a
maximum of 65 characters per line. This will ensure that your
message looks good no matter what email program the recipient
is using to read it. To do this, simply perform a “hard carriage
return” by pressing ‘return’ or ‘enter’ on your keyboard after 65
characters including spaces.

2. Create your auto-reply message using an ascii based word
processer such as Windows Notepad or Wordpad. Once you’re
done, paste it into your autoresponder setup form. Doing this will
prevent your message from containing unreadable characters in
certain email programs.

NOTE: Notepad is considered the less of two evils as a clean
wysiwyg editor. Wordpad tends to bloat your code if you are
not comfortable using it. test them both to see the way they
handle coding.

Remember, any auto-responder reply is only as good as the email
message itself. If is does not look professional and well-formatted,
it will not be effective. Take care in testing every autoresponder
you set up.

Till next time …
